Directions:

  1. Cook beef over medium heat, crumbling with a fork. drain.
  2. Combine beef and remaining ingredients, except tortilla chips, salt, pepper and cheese, in slow cooker; cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
  3. Stir in tortilla chips. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve topped with cheese.
