Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put ground beef, onion & green pepper in a skillet and cook until ground beef is cooked.
  2. Drain, and transfer to a pot.
  3. Add tomato sauce, chopped tomatoes, and kidney beans, and Olde Westport Championship Chili Spice Blend. Stir.
  4. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to low and simmer about an hour.
  5. If chili gets too thick, you may add a little water to thin it out a bit.
