Easy Thai Beef Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine soy and garlic and marinate steak for at least 3 hours.
  2. Combine salad ingredients in two separate bowls.
  3. Combine dressing ingredients together, mix well, and put aside.
  4. Cook steak on grill or in pan until cooked to desired level.
  5. Slice steak into strips and place on top of salad.
  6. Drizzle over dressing.
  7. Enjoy!
