Elaines Easy Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice potatoes thinly
  2. Slice the onion thinly
  3. Make layers as follows:
  4. 1 layer of potato slices
  5. 1 layer of onion slices
  6. 1 layer of EACH cheese
  7. A dollop of butter
  8. A thin coating with rice flour
  9. Continue building the layers in this order until the dish is full.
  10. Add the heavy cream, and then the buttermilk
  11. Add the cayenne pepper and salt
  12. Cook in the oven at 350*F for 90 minutes, or until the potatoes are done, and the cheese begins to brown.
