Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut the potatoes into chunks; about eighths.
  2. Boil them until they are about done; soft but still keep themselves together.
  3. Drain the water and add butter and rosemary to the sauce pan.
  4. Let the butter melt and coat the potatoes.
  5. Serve hot.
  6. A variation is to mash the potatoes or add cheese or other spices up to you, Hope you enjoy!
