Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350*.
  2. Sprinkle cheese.
  3. Beat together eggs,cream,salt,pepper and chives.
  4. Stir in cottage cheese.
  5. Spoon into pie crust.
  6. Bake 40-45 minutes until cooked.
  7. This is also very nice made without the crust and cooked in the microwave #5 for 20 minutes;stir after 10 minutes.
