Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 lbs chuck roast
  • 4 medium carrots
  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 2 celery ribs, sliced thin (optional)
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 3 cups water (i use a little flour to make gravy thicker)

Directions:

  1. Put roast, potatoes, carrots, and celery in slow cooker.
  2. Add onion soup mix and water.
  3. Cover.
  4. Cook on LOW 6-8 hours.
