Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put vegetables in pot and cover barely with water, add salt and cook until tender.
  2. Puree vegetables with their liquid in blender.
  3. Meanwhile, make white sauce (thin to medium depending on preference, can also use plain milk).
  4. Mix roughly equal parts vegetable and white sauce.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
