Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

Directions:

  1. In medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
  2. Stir in brown sugar and milk.
  3. Bring to boil and boil 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla.
  5. Pour over confectioners sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  6. Beat until smooth.
  7. Pour into either 9x13 or 8x8 pan depending on how thick you want fudge.
  8. Chill until firm.
  9. Cut into squares.
