  1. Brown meat with onions, pour off excess fat and place in large baking dish. Add sauce, rice, beans peppers, 1 1/4 cup cheese and chips. Mix well. Cover with remaining cheese and chips. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
