Easy Meatballs  Bbq Or Or Plain

Ingredients:

  • meatloaf seasoning packet ( i use mckormick)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup of bread crumbs
  • 1-2 tsp salt
  • 1-2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • jar of bbq sauce (if you want bbq meatballs)

Directions:

  1. 1. Mix together in large mixing bowl
  2. 2 lbs Ground Beef
  3. Chopped onion
  4. Meatloaf seasoning
  5. 2 eggs
  6. Bread crumbs
  7. Salt and pepper and garlic salt
  8. Milk
  9. 2. Mix together realy well. (If too moist just add more bread crumbs)
  10. 3. Make balls about 1 1/2 inch thick. Or just a little bigger than a quarter.
  11. 4. Heat nonstick skillet and place meatballs in skillet, just leave room around each meatball to flip it.
  12. 5. Turn and cook meatballs until they are done.
  13. 6. You can use them in Spagetti or eat them plain....or my favorite BBQ,,,i put them in a crock pot with store bought bbq sauce and mix sauce in.
  14. 7. Enjoy
