  2. 1 10 OUNCE TUB Philadelphia Tomato & Basil Cooking Creme - NEXT to the Philadelphia Creme Cheese.
  3. I cannot figure out how to get the system to let me put this in the ingredients!
  4. Brown meat with peppers in deep large nonstick skillet; drain.
  5. Stir in sauce and water, bring to boil.
  6. Stir in noodle, cover.
  7. Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
  8. Add cooking creme, swirl with spoon, Remove from heat, Let stand covered for 3 minute.
  9. Serve with garlic toast.
  10. **** I added 1 large diced onion & salt & pepper to taste, along with 2 tsp roasted minced garlic.
