Easy Italian Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon peel

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients and put into a 10 inch cake pan, either glass, or round.
  2. Preheat oven to 300 and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
  3. Bake until top is brown and knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
