Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Then drop spoonfuls into fryer set at 365.
  3. Will sink to bottom then float, turn for even browning
  4. Then sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
