Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut avocados in half. Remove seed. Scoop out avacado and put in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado. Add the chopped onion, cilantro, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mash some more. Chili peppers vary individually in their hotness. Add seeds into mixture for increased spicyness.
  3. Keep the tomatoes separate until ready to serve.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap. Place avacado seed in guacamole to prevent browning. Refrigerate until ready.
  5. Before serving, add the chopped tomato to the guacamole and mix.
