Shamefully Easy Guacamole and Chips

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut avocados and scoop out the pulp into a bowl. Mash the devil out if it (if you like it chunky, leave it chunky).
  3. Stir in the taco sauce (more if you like it).
  4. Salt it to taste and add the lemon juice.
  5. Place plastic wrap over the surface and refrigerate until the chips are done.
  6. For the chips: cut into fourths; brush with a dab of oil (or not for low-fat people).
  7. Place on a cookie sheet and bake until just lightly browned. Place on a serving tray with the bowl of guacamole and serve.
