Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4-1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 deg.Add oil in a cast iron skillet.Place in hot oven.
  2. In a bowl add dry ingredients,Measure milk,add eggs and beat well.Pour liquid mixture into dry ingredienta and mix well.Add hot oil to mixture and beat in.Pour mixture into hot skillet bake 15-20 mins .
