Easy Chicken Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Sprinkle 1/2 cup dry stuffing mix evenly on the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish, set aside.
  3. Add hot water to remaining stuffing mix, stir until moistened and set aside.
  4. Place chicken over dry stuffing in dish.
  5. Mix soup, sour cream, and veggies.
  6. Spoon over chicken.
  7. Top with prepared stuffing.
  8. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
