Easy Cheesy Ham & Scalloped Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9X13 baking dish with Pam.
  2. Cube or thinly slice potatoes and parboil.
  3. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and broth in blender until blended.
  4. Combine all but 1/4 cup cheese in the baking dish, stirring gently to coat. Top with 1/4 cup cheese.
  5. Bake 1 hour until heated through and potatoes are tender.
