  1. In large, microwaveable bowl, cut up the velveeta cheese into easy-to-melt strips.
  2. Microwave tehe cheese until soft, but not completely melted.
  3. Add sour cream and green chiles, stir.
  4. Microwave until completely melted.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. You can also make this in your crockpot!
