Easy Butternut Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg butternut (peeled and cut into pieces)
  • 750 ml water
  • 15 ml beef stock
  • 500 ml milk
  • 125 ml cream
  • 5 ml parsley

Directions:

  1. Boil the Butternut, water and beef stock together, until the Butternut is soft.
  2. Leave to cool down.
  3. Squash it and put it back on the stove.
  4. Pour the milk in and warm it up on low heat.
  5. Stir the cream and Parsley in.
  6. Serve with whole wheat bread and enjoy!
