The Creamiest Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 heaped tbsp butter
  • 1/2 punnet fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 tins water
  • 1 pkt mushroom soup
  • 250 ml milk
  • 125 ml cream
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Saute Onion and Mushrooms in Butter. Add Tin of Mushroom Soup and 2 Tins of Water. Boil for 10 min.
  2. Add the Packet of Soup and make into a thin paste. (As per instruction on packet)
  3. Add Milk. Boil for 15 min.
  4. Season with Salt and Pepper.
  5. Add fresh cream and blend well.
  6. Leave for 5 min. and garnish with Parsley.
  7. Serve with crusty brown bread.
