Ingredients:

  • 1 large onion (chopped )
  • 1 (11 1/2 oz) can v8 vegetable juice
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Brown beef and onion in skillet.
  2. Add V8 juice and pepper.
  3. Cover and let simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Serve over noodles.
