Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Trim fat from steak; cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slice.
  2. Heat 1 Tsp oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
  3. Add steak and green onions; stir fry 1 minute.
  4. Remove steak mixture from skillet; keep warm.
  5. Heat remaining 1 Tsp oil in skillet over medium high heat.
  6. Add slaw; stir fry for 30 seconds.
  7. Remove slaw from skillet and keep warm.
  8. Remove noodles from packages; reserve 1 seasoning packet for another use.
  9. Add water and remaining seasoning packet to skillet; bring to a boil.
  10. Break noodles in half; add noodles to water mixture.
  11. Cook noodles 2 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently.
  12. Stir in steak mixture, slaw, and soy sauce; cook until thoroughly heated.
