Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium high.
  2. Sprinkle steaks with just salt and pepper.
  3. Combine cabbages, 2 T.
  4. Of the lime juice and 1 t.
  5. Of the Hoisin Sauce.
  6. Toss well and set aside.
  7. Grill steaks to personal preference.
  8. When done cut crosswise into this slices.
  9. Combine the remaining ingredients with the slightly marinated cabbage and toss well.
  10. Arrange salad on four plates and divide the meat equally between them.
