Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp salad oil
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Note: Omit baking powder if using self-rising flour.
  2. Stir with fork to mix. Flour a board. Work just enough flour to roll out. Cut in squares. Cook in approx. 2 qts. of broth for about 20 min.
