Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup(s) flour
2 tablespoon(s) baking powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1 egg
2 tablespoon(s) salad oil
1/2 cup(s) milk
Directions:
1. Note: Omit baking powder if using self-rising flour.
2. Stir with fork to mix. Flour a board. Work just enough flour to roll out. Cut in squares. Cook in approx. 2 qts. of broth for about 20 min.
