Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine prunes, apricots and apple rings in a bowl and cover with boiling water.
  2. Cover and soak overnight.
  3. After soaking preheat oven to 350°F.
  4. Drain fruit.
  5. Place fruit onto a baking dish and add raisins, banana and cardamom pods.
  6. Juice 2 oranges, reserve.
  7. In a seperate dish combine remaining ingredients with the water and pour over fruit.
  8. Mix well and bake for 35 minutes then stir in the juice of the 2 oranges and serve warm.
