Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Bake potatoes for 1 hr til fork tender
  3. Cool down potatoes
  4. Cut potatoes in half and scoop out guts of potatoes
  5. Put skins aside
  6. Mix guts, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, sour cream & chives, salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Stuff skins with mixture and bake 350 til golden on top of potatoes.
  8. Serve!! :o)
