Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Halve eggs lengthwise then remove yolks.
  2. In a small bowl mash yolks with mayonnaise and mustard.
  3. Stir in white pepper, jalapenos and relish then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer yolk mixture to a quart sized self sealing plastic bag.
  5. Snip off small part of one corner and use bag to pipe filling into egg-white halves.
  6. Place eggs on a serving tray then cover and refrigerate until serving time.
  7. Garnish eggs with fresh cilantro sprigs.
