Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine crumbs and butter; press firmly on bottom of 13x9 inch baking pan.
  3. In medium saucepan, over medium heat, melt 1 CUP chips with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
  4. Pour evenly over prepared crust; top with nuts and remaining chips.
  5. Bake 20 minutes or until set.
  6. Cool COMPLETELY; chill if desired.
  7. Cut into bars.
  8. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
