Ingredients:

  • 5 lrg baking potatos
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • crab to taste

Directions:

  1. BAKE POTATOS AT 400 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES
  2. REMOVE FROM OVEN TO PARTIALLY COOL
  3. IN A MEDIUM BOIL BLEND REMAINING INGREDIENTS, SET ASIDE
  4. CAREFULLY SPLIT AND SCOOP OUT CENTER OF POTATOS
  5. MASH THE POTATO CENTERS
  6. ADD CHEESE MIXTURE
  7. STUFF POTATO SKINS
  8. BAKE AT 200 DEGREES FOR 15 MINUTES
