Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. grease or spray a 9X13 inch casserole with non-stick spray.
  2. Cook noodles several minutes ( less than pkg directions) until barely tender........
  3. Drain and return to saucepan.
  4. Add melted butter and applesauce, toss to coat.
  5. In a medium bowl, whisk whole eggs, egg whites, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon until blended.
  6. Stir into noodles with raisins and apples.mix well
  7. Pour into casserole dish spread evenly.
  8. Spray a sheet of foil with cooking spray and place on top of the noodles.
  9. Bake covered at 350 degrees f. for 45 minutes.
  10. Increase oven temp to 375 degrees f. remove foil.
  11. Spray top of casserole with cooking spray and bake for 15 - 20 minutes more
  12. Or until lightly golden.....
  13. Let sit at least 15 minutes before cutting and serving
  14. Serve warm............
