Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1-1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Cream oil, sugar and egg.
  3. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.
  4. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
  5. Turn into a greased muffin tin and bake 25 minutes.
  6. Immediately remove from pan and roll in melted butter then roll in sugar cinnamon mixture.
