Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES F.
  2. CUT THE CHICKEN INTO SMALL FINGER SIZE PIECES.
  3. FILL A LARGE ZIP-LOCK BAG WITH THE POTATO CHIPS SEAL AND CRUSH THE CHIPS WITH THE BACK OF A WOODEN SPOON.
  4. IN A SMALL BOEL, WHISK THE EGG AND MILK.
  5. DIP THE CHICKEN PIECES INTO THE EGG MIXYURE, THEN INTO THE BAG OF CRUSHED CHIPS, SHAKE GENTLY TO COAT ENTIRELY.
  6. PLACE ON AN UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET.
  7. BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES FLIPPING ONLY ONCE.DURING THE COOKING TIME
  8. SERVE WITH HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE OR BBQ SAUCE, OR SALSA......OR RANCH
