Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 16 oz. can pork & beans
  • 1 16 oz. can tomatoes
  • 1 10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup

Directions:

  1. In large skillet in hot butter saute beef with onion, chili powder, salt and pepper until beef looses red color.
  2. Meanwhile, cook macaroni, drain.
  3. Place beef mixture and macaroni in casserole, stir in beans, tomatoes and soup. Cover, refrigerate.
  4. Heat oven 400 degrees. Bake covered 1 hr. 10 minutes. Remove, let stand 10 minutes.
