Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add garlic, cook one minute.
  3. Add undrained chopped tomatoes, sauce, cream, brandy and parsley.
  4. Simmer for 8 minutes until sauce is thickened.
  5. Add beef base and simmer another 10 minutes.
  6. Serve.
  7. Goes well with pasta or mashed potaotoes or vegetables.
