Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 (29 oz) can pumpkin
  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 3/4-1 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp clove
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup nuts

Directions:

  1. Mix eggs, milk, sugar, spices, and pumpkin.
  2. Pour into 9x13 inch baking pan.
  3. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over top of pumpkin mixture.
  4. Sprinkle nuts evenly over cake mix.
  5. Drizzle melted butter evenly over top.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  7. Serve with whipped topping, if desired.
