Deep Fried Catfish

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 lbs catfish meat
  • oil (for deep frying)

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Heat oil to 365F degrees.
  3. Dip fish in milk, then in flour mixture.
  4. Fry a few at a time, turning once, about 2 minutes each side.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
