Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 package dates, finely cut
  • four heaping tbsp of bread crumbs
  • whipped cream

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300F (149C)
  2. Add powdered sugar, walnuts, and dates to egg yolks.
  3. Add bread crumbs and baking powder to yolk mixture.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Stiffly beat egg whites and add to yolk mixture.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve with whipped cream.
