Ingredients:

  • 4 cups nuts
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix nuts, dates and cherries in a large bowl.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Sprinkle flour mixture over fruit; mix well.
  4. Add beaten eggs and vanilla.
  5. Mix throughly.
  6. Bake in tube pan at 275 degrees fahrenheit for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
