Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Pour boiling water over dates and soda. Let stand until cool.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Cook at 350F for 40 minutes.
