Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix dry gelatin and salt.
  2. Gradually stir in boiling water until gelatin is well dissolved.
  3. Add raspberries, cold water and lemon juice: mix well.
  4. Refrigerate 15-20 minutes.
  5. Just before serving; stir soup.
  6. Garnish with dollop of sour cream and ground nutmeg if desired.
