Danish Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 cucumbers , medium size
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup splenda
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut cucumber into paper thin slices.
  2. Toss with salt
  3. Marinate with 2 tsp salt at room temp 1 hour
  4. Drain liquid from cucumber
  5. Add remaining ingredients
  6. Stir
  7. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours before serving
