Danish Brown Sugar Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.
  2. Drain and peel.
  3. Cook sugar in a skillet over low heat until sugar turns brown.
  4. Add butter.
  5. Stir constantly until smooth.
  6. Add potatoes.
  7. Roll potatoes in sugar-butter mixture until coated and golden brown
