Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place garlic and ginger in food processor with steel blade
  2. Add all ingredients (except peppers and cucumber) and puree
  3. Cook spag.
  4. Add red and yellow pep., cucumbers and spring onions
  5. Add 3/4 sauce and mix.
  6. Serve warm or room temp.
  7. Remaining sauce may be used for more pasta
