Ingredients:

  • 300 g red beans
  • 250 g onions
  • 50 g ginger (adrak)
  • 100 g tomatoes
  • 100 g butter or 100 g ghee
  • 5 garlic cloves (lehsan)

Directions:

  1. Soak dal and red beans over night
  2. Boil with water and salt, until the dal is soft.
  3. Chop the onions, Ginger (Adrak), green chilies and tomatoes. Fry all together in butter/ ghee until turn brown.
  4. Then add the boiled dal and red beans and allow simmering for 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with naan.
