  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup dried fruit ( eg. raisins) (optional)

Directions:

  1. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
