Ingredients:

  • knorr hearty beef stew mix
  • 15 oz can of tomato sauce
  • 1 pckg of fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 2 cups of baby carrots
  • 4 cups of water

Directions:

  1. In mixing bowl take two cups of water and mix with the knorr mix with a whisk.
  2. Put the mixture in a pot to boil on high.
  3. Add beef tips.
  4. Once it comes to a boil, turn it down to medium and let the meat cook about 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
  5. After the meat is done add the chopped veggies and the 2 cups of water and the tomatoe sauce.
  6. Cook this between low and medium at least 45 minutes or longer.
  7. When it's good to the taste it's ready to serve.
  8. **This goes nicely with cornbread**
