Curried Peanuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tsp butter
  • 4 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp curry powder (depends on how much you like)

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in heavy skillet.
  2. Add sugar and curry powder
  3. Stir.
  4. Add peanuts and stir over medium heat for about 3- 4 mins.
  5. Remove to baking sheets.
  6. Stir peanuts to separate them.
  7. Cool.
